Investment Details
To officially reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable $1,000 Session Investment Fee is required along with a signed Session Agreement. This amount is applied toward your chosen collection.
The remaining balance is divided into two equal payments:
- Six months prior to your wedding date
- One month prior to your wedding date
If your wedding is booked less than six months in advance, the balance will be divided evenly between the booking date and one month prior.
If your wedding is booked less than one month in advance, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Coverage Overview

- Artwork Mock-Ups — See your portraits displayed as framed pieces or gallery walls, customized to your home for a realistic preview.
- Selection of Favorites — Choose the images that will be included in your Collection’s album and digital set.
- Customization & Design — Finalize album covers, layouts, and framing details to reflect your style.
- Tailored Add-Ons — From gift prints and parent albums to wedding announcements or holiday cards, you’ll have the option to expand your heirloom collection.
Every couple’s appointment is unique, and while some prefer to focus on fine art albums, others prioritize wall portraits or digital keepsakes. To keep things flexible, digital image bundles begin at 10 for $500 each, with more options to fit your needs.

Do you travel?
Absolutely! While we’re based in the Columbia/Lexington area, we happily travel throughout South Carolina and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on location, but we’ll provide all the details upfront.
How do we book our wedding date?
Your date is officially reserved with a signed Session Agreement and Session Investment Fee. As we accept only a limited number of weddings each year, we encourage you to book early to ensure availability.
Can we add extra coverage later?
Yes, you may add additional hours of coverage to any collection. We ask that this be finalized at least one month before your wedding date so we can plan your timeline accordingly. Payment for additional coverage is due at the time of booking additional hours.
When will we see our photos?
Your private Reveal & Ordering Appointment is typically scheduled within 5 to 6 weeks after your wedding day. This is when you’ll see your images for the first time and choose your favorites for your collection and heirloom products.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Absolutely! Engagement sessions can be booked separately or added on to your wedding collection for a complete storytelling experience.
Do you provide digital images?
Yes. Each collection includes a curated number of custom-enhanced digital images of your choosing. Every digital is hand-edited with true-to-color custom enhancements, designed to look as beautiful in print as they do on screen. You may also add additional digital images in individually or in bundles.
